"This was the best lunch we had while in Provence. While the dishes appeared simple they were cooked perfectly and had a great balance of flavours. We had the foie gras and tuna for entrée, honey lamb and veal with lobster bisque for mains, and poached apricots and hazelnut rubharb tart for dessert. Tuna entrée was a stand out. Fresh and zingy and perfect for a hot summer day."
