A starter, main course and dessert menu with an absolutely correct value for money €20 . The restaurant is located in the covered market in the heart of Nancy. You can go to the Impromptu being certain that you have made the right choice and that you are enjoying it!! Original Lieu exceptionnel avec une cuisine sans cesse renouvelée et une carte sur laquelle est proposée des produits frais du marché. Ce restaurant est tenu avec efficacité et sympathie par Carol qui privilégie les circuits courts des produits en majorité issus de l'agriculture locale et naturelle. Un menu entrée, plat et dessert au rapport qualité prix tout à fait correct 20 € . Le restaurant se situe au sein du marché couvert au cœur de Nancy. Vous pouvez vous rendre à l'Impromptu en étant certain d'avoir fait le bon choix et de vous régaler !!"

"Je prends souvent à emporter le bento pour 2...jamais déçu: frais, bon et copieux! Bon rapport qualité / prix.Les sushis sont fais à la commande et devant vos yeux!!Il me semble qu'il y a un service de livraison.La salle est intimiste et agréable, mieux vaut réserver pour avoir une table!!Equipe jeune et décontractée! "Achtung: Das Restaurant le Stan ist offensichtlich geschlossen (!) - wir haben eine verschlossene Tür und alte Schilder gesehen. Auf unserer Rechnung steht "Bar Restaurant Du Grand Hotel" und das passt auch so.Es ist direkt am Platz Stanislas gelegen. Das allein schon ein riesiger Vorteil. Man erwartet schlechten Service und hohe Preise. Aber nein: es war ein phantastisches Erlebnis! Start mit Dinner auf der Terrasse vor dem Hotel. Blick über den Platz. Bei „Kir“ (5,- Euro) eingestimmt. Dann gefragt ob man reingehen könne, weil doch etwas kühler – kein Problem – toller Service – es wird umgedeckt. Menü 3 Gänge (35,- Euro) kommt mit wunderbarer Foi Gras, danach einem Kalb – hervorragend und einerfruchtigen Nachspeise. Und das in einem Schlosszimmer als stilvoller Umgebung. Wein gibt es auch glasweise – z.B. guter Chablis für je 6,- Euro.Zählt man alles zusammen kommt nur die Höchstbewertung in Frage.Alle anderen Bewertungen hier scheinen sich auf das alte Restaurant zu beziehen. Im Zweifel empfehlen wir die Nachfrage im GRAND HOTEL."
