"I have been to all Tim Raue restaurants. I am a fan of Tim Raue in Berlin. Fantastic food, best service in Germany Although, unfortunately I can’t say the same from Munich. I live in the city and have been to the restaurant before. Gave a second try with my daughter and as I was passing by, we stopped to search for a table. The restaurant was empty and it was 8:30 pm. We didn’t have a reservation, the lady looked at my daughter (she is 14 y) and said that they were fully booked out. It was a Wednesday and I said we were not in a hurry that I could wait. She said she couldn’t do anything about it. Such a pity that a talented cook with an amazing story has a place in Munich where the employees don’t carry his values and don’t understand at the end what working with kitchen is about."

"Wir kannten Herrn Crell noch aus der Gaußstraße, waren dort aber nie sonderlich begeistert über das Essen.Das neue Restaurant wollten wir uns natürlich unbedingt ansehen und vor allem testen, nachdem es so gut bewertet worden ist.Die Atmosphäre im Restaurant ist nicht ungemütlich, dennoch liegen Heizungsrohre offen und es hat ein bisschen Industrie Charme. Das Licht ist gedämpft, und an den nackten Holztischen kann man sich durchaus wohlfühlen. Leider wird es zu fortgeschrittener Stunde, wenn das Lokal gefüllt ist, extrem laut.Der Service ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, stellenweise jedoch etwas flapsig. Vom Sommelier fühlten wir uns gut beraten. Wir hatten alle mehrere Gänge, einer von uns frei zusammengestellt, die anderen das saisonale bzw vegetarische Menü.Abgesehen davon, dass das vegetarische Menü eine Jakobsmuschel enthält, gibt es absolut nichts zu meckern. Geschmacklich war das Essen wunderbar; der Tip der Bedienung, alle Aromen miteinander gleichzeitig zu essen, war sehr hilfreich.Wir würden jederzeit wieder hingehen, einzig die Vorspeisen im Saisonalen Menü fielen extrem klein aus. Beim vegetarischen Menü waren die Portionen alle ausreichend groß."
