"25. December 2018 we came to the festive Christmas dinner with the family at 13:00. 12:45 Visits They ordered our table and had to leave the guest room again after the Duell Thekenkoch relies and wait outside at 3Grad and Nieselregen. My recommendation: This restaurant is not recommended for special holidays. The restaurant management is profit-oriented, the guest jewel remains on the track. "Why go away when the good is so close... We would like to thank you again for our holiday we have won. The welcome at the hotel, through the reception staff, was very warm and very friendly. You felt just coming. We loved our beautiful room. Every evening a reserved table in the restaurant was ready for us and here we were very welcome and served. The service was top-class and the food exellent. The staff always attentive and super friendly despite our 2 year old little devil. The breakfast buffet in the morning was very extensive, so there were no wishes. This way we would like to thank the entire team for the successful 5 days and look forward to a goodbye today."
