"Finally, we are able to return for a meal at the Spice Garden. We have missed the opportunity to dine in, even though we could get their succulent takeaways it was never the same. The team are as friendly and helpful as always and the...food is top class. I cannot recommend this Indian restaurant highly enough. Taste, value for money, ambience., and an unrushed service make it the best Indian restaurant in Bucks. Treat yourself!! Please don’t miss out!!"

"I never give bad reviews but great tasty meal and reasonably priced for food. Drinks were absolutely extortionate but I guess that's how they make their money! A group of 10 celebrating a birthday. They took drinks order seperate, which was strange. After telling them 2 or 3 tines we needed seperate bills as everyone wanted to pay for their own meals etc, they presented us with a jumbled up bill, which was only food. Drink was on a seperate bill, which they would not give us to work out the extra cost. Everyone added up exactly what they had and we all paid separately. They then came to our table and said that we was £9 short. This did not make sense. We asked again to see the bill, so we could work it our for ourselves and they conviently said they had lost it, so how did they know we was £9 short. Either the menu prices weren't correct or they are diddling their customers. All in all, lovely food great company but s**t hosting skills!!!!! First time there, not impressed!!! Would return BUT would tally up as we go."

"We stumbled on this restaurant after a long hike. There isn’t any parking at the restaurant but we were advised to park in the pets world retail park and it was a 5 mins walk to the restaurant. Decor is simple nothing fancy. Staff were very friendly, attentive and social which makes a huge difference to the experience. Food was surprisingly good. We ordered channa puri and mixed grill for starters. For mains we had chicken jalfrezi, tandoori prawn masala with rice and naan. Lastly for dessert we had cardamom tea and kulfi ice cream. Our favourite was the channa puri, jalfrezi and the naan which was freshly made. The kulfi ice cream was a nice finish to the meal. The other dishes were okay but nothing really to write home about and we may be a little tougher considering this is our home food. We have made allowances for the fact the restaurant needs to cater for its locals such as sweetening up some of the dishes with cream and coconut. They also made space for my husband to pray which was a bonus. Unfortunately they do not take American Express but took debit card payments. Overall we enjoyed our time here and would come again."

"Extremely disappointing! We had a delivery from here on the 28th of August. We are regular customers but this time it was unbelievably bad. We wrote to them to complain but got no response. That 's what they think of their regular customers. My email to them is below.. Hello we’ve just had a delivery from you and I have to say we are so disappointed. We eat in your restaurant often and have regular deliveries at least every two weeks. Attached is a photo of a pot of excess ghee which I poured off the king prawn patia and chicken tikka dansak. Which I consider too much! I paid for cheese and garlic Nan which was disappointingly soggy and lacking cheese. The stuffed paratha was burnt! Prawn patia. Apart from ghee, lacked any flavour. The sauce was thin and neither hot, sweet or sour. At approx £35 this is not acceptable I look forward to your comments."
