"We have always found the food here brilliant and we do not mind paying a little extra for good food, after tonight’s takeaway we will be going elsewhere, every time we order food we are told we have an old menu and the cost has...gone up, tonight we purchased Bhuna special, lamb tikka masala, 2 keema nans and an extra pot of Bhuna sauce the price was £27.40 for a takeaway for 2 people I think this is just too much! Plus the tip for the delivery driver it would probably be cheaper to go to another Indian restaurant and eat in! Sorry Taj Mahal you have got greedy!"

"Did a order for delivery for over £50 paid by card, was told wait is about 1 hour and 20 minutes, ok not a problem. An hour and 25 minutes later a women from 4 doors away knocks to ask if we had ordered a takeaway as one had been left by ‘her front door’. Food was stone cold. Called curry master no apology or offer of refund only if I wanted a replacement I’d have to wait longer."

"Amazing chicken tikka wrap with mint sauce, it was so good that I had to order another one. Followed by a chicken tikka masala and a keema naan. Very friendly staff, would high recommend- Best indian in essex!!"
