"The Raj Mahal is a very small shop. Unlike most Indians, you will find here really good authentic cuisine at a fair price with large portions. Both lunches for 8-9 euros and la carte dishes are perfectly prepared and fresh. Overall, the food is a clear recommendation, there is a drop-off for longer delivery times on Sunday!"

"I was here twice and it is what it says on the dose; a small caffe specializing in freshly prepared suppening (together with two currys and a nude dish). the portions were good and the suppe was very delicious and hot. because of language problems I kept the dinge easy, but could enjoy a good tomato mozzarella soup with a white bun and a cola. the caffe has some suppening every day, but also specificities, so it does not lack selection. the sitting options are a bit tight and they have to take their own tablet, but for a cheap lunch without a buckling it is hard to make it better."

"Terrible place!! rude poeple....cheap food.......slow service. We always used to come here when we were in Hamburg. With old managment it was never a problem. Now there is now management and the restaurant has turned way south. I would no recomend this place."

"The food was very delicious, we ate appetizers, main dishes and desserts. The desserts have to be tried, I couldn't imagine carrots as desserts, but it's going and it tastes. The special was the service. Super friendly, funny and very close to the guest without being intrusive. We were told every court and the waiter took time to chat with us about the Indian cuisine. The staff seems to work with great passion and this leads to a good atmosphere and good food. We like to come back."

"I had the chicken tikka and lamb Bhuna with garlic naan. The lamb bhuna was very good. Can't say the same about the Chicken Tikka which had not been marinated that well and hence not tasty. The garlic naan was very good. All the curry dishes are served with rice."
