"This is a lovely place to swing by for a drink or bite to eat. The team working behind the bar are always on hand to help, give advice and have a good chat with. Alana, Yvette and Anna are absolutely awesome and excellent ambassadors of the company. The atmosphere is relaxed and classy, and the food is lovely. Great place!"

"We are Indian and my family and I love dilwar pindi they serve authentic Indian food. None of these sweet things you get into other takeaways in the area!! Food is always hot on arrival and delivered quickly! We are currently on a health kick, but can not wait to order again soon!"

"Easily one of the worst Indians I’ve eaten. the food did have flavour but unfortunately not the right flavour, staff on duty seemed a bit strange, when we arrived we asked for a table for three people as there was only two of us at the time and one arriving shortly after three minutes of being seated we was asked if we could move table as they needed the space, we ordered drinks that never arrived so on this experience I would not recommend."

"I bought some Somosas and chicken rolls today, also hulwa puri all the food smelt so bad. I had to return them everything because it was not fresh…but when I gave the food back staff was very rude and said every shop is selling yesterdays or couple of days old food…. Non of the food is fresh the staff said, as I have their audio recording, I will be complaining to the reading council. They never even apologised either. Never going to be buying from them again."

"I really thought I’d found a decent curry house Used them often for my usual until tonight. The saag aloo was made with yesterday’s roast potatoes. You know when they’re squashy like rubber. I had one bite and that was it. The rice was dry and hard in places. One mouth full of that too. Not a good sign of quality at all. Quite insulting and a sign there may be issues of finance forcing them to reuse food scheduled for the bin. What else do they save money on? For the sake of saving money and re using some potatoes. Was it worth saving 50p? quality Customer satisfaction is everything in a restaurant. I won’t be using them again. ."

"Delicious, inexpensive local curry in Emmer Green. My Veggie Dhansak was good, could have had more bangy veg, but generous portion and spiced. Chicken Tikka Masala looked like a Beetroot curry, but that and the Pathia seemed good to go. £54 for 3 including Pappadome / Pickles, Main/rice/sides drinks. Friendly staff, quick service and a pleasant room to enjoy a family Curry on a Friday night."

"We were heartily welcomed at Burghfield Spices last Saturday despite arriving at 10 pm. We were impressed with the food quality of our curries, so different from the 'mulch ' of the average curry. The ingredients were fresh and our meals were appetising and nicely served."
