"I went there 4/8/22 I ordered to orders of wings, and got chips and salsa..got home the wings had no sauce, I NEVER said no sauce then they weren’t cooked all the way I’ve been nauseas for 24hours still THEN on top of it my son started to eat the chips and they were stale !! The entire meal was destroyed!! Manager Shana was very nice said she’ll be there next couple days and will redo it.. BUT I’m not wanting any wings or their food right now I’m stomachally turned off I wish they would just give me my $5 gift card back and my money.. I’m not feeling chili food for quite some time after this experience.. the funny part was I was in the mood for wings and was going to try Wing Stop but when I read the reviews I went to Chili’s lol! "Unprofessional, not trustworthy. this restaurant agreed, chips and salsa for a event 3 weeks ago. we have been watching who was told that the owner writes the time/date on our event flyer. we told the owner that we would call the day to confirm the pick-up time we put el mezcal on all our press releases and when we called to follow, we were told that they had no record and would not honor the engagement. we didn't even ask for a lot of food, just a few bags of chips and salsa..basch what they released to each patron we ate also in the restaurant and found to be entrees to bland, but we thought the chips and salsa were good, which is why we were for them as...read more"

"Wow! we hadn't eaten here for years, but I decided to take my mom for a late mother's lunch. they brought out a fresh broth with a hot oil seasoned to dive while waiting for our meal. mama has the filets with the ground garlic potato claw. I tried the code imperial with pommes and Mac cheese with speck. everything tasted wonderful! the filet was exceptional, as well as the service. we are here shortly before 4 o'clock to miss the food rush. we're planning back. update: we visited on Sunday, 7/25/21, and tried the imperial chips and dive, which was quite good. I wasn't around the coleslaw I got with my meal, but everything else was wonderful again. If they want the broth and seasoned oil, they have to ask. 1/8/22, today I have the fillet mignon, garlic kartoffel and framed spinat. the fact that I didn't like the spinat at all, but we're still back, and although they weren't crowded, it took a while to get everything. this visit was only about a 3 to 4 stars, but as it is really good in the, I will not change my star rating at this time. 8/21/22, I had another great meal. they put pfeffer on the grilled garnel, so if they can't eat a pfeffer like I, let them know. I didn't know, so I asked if I could get some fried garnel instead. they gave me that. (pictures below) I like to eat here!"

"Very understaffed and out of some items due to not ordering since they are closing down for good soon. My sever brought napkins and disappeared. She wasn’t working other tables. She never returned to the dining area. I never got a refill. I had a plastic red display they gave me to let the server know I was waiting on an item that wasn’t out of the oven yet and they didn’t want me to hold up the line so this is how they handle it. Since the server never returned, I didn’t get the item. I asked the cashier to take it off my bill and handed her the plastic number as proof, but she refused to take it off and forced me to pay for food I never received due to no fault of my own. She said she would get accused of stealing money and she’s not allowed to change prices but I could get the server to change it. I couldn’t do that because she disappeared, but the cashier said she didn’t have authority to do it. I didn’t eat most of the roast beef because it was too tough to chew. I waited in line for an hour to get my food and 20 minutes to pay. A particular family cut in line in front of everyone and we ended up sitting next to them. We finished quickly due to not being able to chew the roast, but that entire family walked past us while we were in line to pay and they walked out without paying. This was a HORRIBLE experience!"
