"Anfangs war das ein guter Sushiladen. Box 2 hat 8,50€ gekostet. Heute wollte ich mir die holen und habe mich wie immer an der aushängenden Preisliste orientiert. Plötzlich wurden von mir 11,30€ verlangt (also eine Erhöhung von 32%).Dies habe ich noch toleriert und bin mit der Box heim. Als ich sie geöffnet habe, roch es sehr schlecht und nach dem Probieren von einem Stück war mir klar, dass ich die Box wegwerfen muss. Als ich ihn telefonisch kontaktierte um ihn darauf anzusprechen, kam ein Spruch: "Wir haben genügend andere Kunden". Meine Reklamation lehnte er ebenfalls ab. Sowas muss ich mir echt nicht bieten lassen. Mich haben sie als Kunden verloren!"

"Wir waren hier Stammgast und sind sehr enttäuscht von den neuen Geschäftsgebaren. Die Sushi Qualität hat besonders beim Thunfisch so nachgelassen, dass ich diese Sachen nicht mehr essen möchte. Die Bedienung und der Service sind unbeschreiblich schlecht. Wir wollten beim After work ein alkoholfreies Getränk, statt des Weines, habe das auch gefragt und bekamen ein "ehehm" und Nicken. Als wir bezahlt haben, hatte wir das Getränk zusätzlich auf der Rechnung... Heute gingen zwei Sachen zurück mit dem HInweis, dass es nicht geschmeckt hat und der Thunfisch nicht mehr die Qualität von vorher hat, kein Kommentar, Rechnung wie gehabt... Was soll man da noch sagen, man geht einfach nicht mehr hin."

"We were person including children who likes sushi in the restaurant . The food comes on a circle and the prices is according to the color of the plate.
