"The location and decor is very nice. However, everything else was disappointing. We were seated upstairs and our waiter was pompous and rude. I ordered steak and fries, but failed to tell me when he gave us the menus that it was not available. He suggested an alternative steak, to which I initially agreed. When he asked how I would liked it cooked and I answered “Al punto”, his response was that it does not mean anything! At this point I asked to see the menu and saw that what he was suggesting was over 4 times more expensive than the steak I chose. I opted for pulpo (octopus) instead. It tasted like a can of tuna and I only had one fork. The plate of one of our companions arrived first and was getting cold while we were waiting for our plates. When I managed to get our waiter’s attention to ask him about the remaining plates, his response was that they will come when the kitchen is ready! Pompous and rude behavior. Never again"
