"The food was excellent, innovative fusion food with a South American touch. The ceviche (marinated fish was very good with its whipped cream and the cold soup of the day, a kind of green gazpacho (with mint leaves was an explosion of taste. The grilled pig was made perfect, directly in saltiness and accompanied by wild rice with tropical fruits. The desert was very good, the cake with caramel sauce had a little bit more bite (taste but the revisited lemon cake was excellent. We had the set menu, very good value. Regarding portions, let's just say no one leaves this place hungry: also try the freshly pressed lemon and coconuts, perfect appetizer."
