"Bakecode is a very popular cafe and food shop now open on Yonge Street. They serve an assortment of exotic (for me) sweet and savory baked goods and some interesting hot drinks to go with. I had the roasted oolong latte, which apparently uses an espresso system to steep the tea. It was quite good, as was the traditional latte coffee my friend had.We shared a dessert that involved cream cheese mixed with kimchee. I think it was called a Gangnam Star. It could have used a little more kimchee, but it went well with the drinks. People buy a lot of baked goods here - apparently if you buy six or more they waive the tax.Pastries may be on the high-end in prices.Efficient service and very friendly. I will go back."
