"The Tuesday $15 pasta and drink is a great option, and we had the housemade ricotta gnocchi which was simply divine. We also enjoyed a seafood spaghetti. Service was quick, food was delicious, this is an easy way to catch up with friends during a lunch break."

"Had a go at some fine dining at Belluci's Manuka. Food was a good size with interesting flavours. The great things about this style of food is the attention to detail and this is a good example as all the food looked great. There was some items however that felt over cooked, whether the fact they were busy or just missing there flare for the night it did not feel value for the price charged. Calamri was tough and the pasty tacky it was just cooked to long to be perfect. The atmosphere was awsome, waiters were great and i could see myself going back, i would just hope there is more attention to the cooking times."

"Great pizzas, very thin base with a good crust on the edge. Wood fired authentic. They offer tomato base or white based pizzas. Not loaded with too much topping just right. They created a hybrid for my vegan daughter of their Vegetariana with vegan mozzarella tomato base. She really enjoyed it. Delicious side Verdi of broccolini beans. Counter to previous comment we had great service on Sunday lunch. Thanks"

"I would give a higher rating but the price for the cakes are a bit too overpriced now. The cakes however, are still great one of best, and it's definitely my go to place for dessert, as it has a wide range. <br/ The Red Velvet cake Cannoli are my favourite atm. red Velvet has a smooth texture and not ever too dry, but tonight the portion given was way too small for $8 a slice. I've had some pretty bad cannolis, and this one is just right not too thick or sweet.<br/ The drinks and coffee here is reasonably ok, and the price is not too bad as well.<br/ <br/ As much as I would complain about the price, and my disappointment with the size of the red velvet cake, I'm still going to pop in here every once in a while because the dessert selection is too hard to resist.<br/ <br/ (Accidentally took a bite out of the cake before taking the photo, my bad)<br/"

"Eating is pretty good. in portions are fair, but the price is somewhat steep. I ordered her gnocchi, which I did not like, the sauce was very watery and had no taste. I really enjoyed the tortellini and their capricciosa pizza. the waiters are friendly and attentive, but overworked- need more staff."

"The decor is severely outdated for a Hyatt hotel and desperately calls for a revamp. Not much elegance, with mismatched coloured beans and angel-noodles in glass displays...?The menu itself is good, however overpriced for the taste and value. You are better offgoing elsewhere in Canberra. Not a fine dining experience.The Kingfisher entree was average, however quite small. My friend had the King Prawn dish which was excellent. For the main I had ordered the truffle gnocchi, not one piece of truffle on the dish, only a faint taste. And that for $38. The chocolate dessert also was average, and obviously pre-made. Service for drinks was poor, and took at least 15mins to arrive."
