"Very disappointed with Capo. We’ve been big supporters. We’ve waited 2+ hours for our order and when we called twice we were told “it should be there” with no explanation as to why it wasn’t. Completely unacceptable. The woman answering the phones was incredibly rude and unhelpful. We love Capo and want to support Paul, but this was very upsetting to deal with. As a fellow business owner myself I understand the pains businesses can go through, but customers, especially loyal customers should not be treated this way without any explanation as to what the delay or issue is. If you’re having delays delays or issues, just be honest and say it. Honesty goes a long way. Unfortunately very turned off from this experience."
