"Is the bathroom with our hotel. from the beach we realized that the restaurant was the fullest of all. Then why not try it? we booked for 6 and the place was comfortable and comfortable. a background music like bossanova accompanied us all over dinner. we started with appetizers, stuffed with mussels and fried anchovies. the waiter has proposed the flowers of fried pumpkin and filled with ricotta that we have taken, always delicious fried meatballs and fish medallions but I do not remember the type of fish that however were exquisite. as first we opted for shawls with clams and zucchini and shawls with mussels. Finally even if already sazi we took the dessert that was a cheesecake with really top berries. to drink a caraffe of white firm wine and one of sparkling white. Unfortunately it is advanced of the white firm that to someone has not really gone down but does nothing satisfaction however it was total. recommended recommended"

"We went for dinner on Saturday night. Very fast service, very helpful and kind waiters, from Luca who served us to Peppe at the time of the bill. Very good food but perhaps we were expecting that little bit more, which is why the 4 stars. Normal prices. "What a horrible dining experience. Food lacked flavor and service was not great. Meals literally came out two minutes after the order was taken so it made us question the preparation and freshness of the dishes. The lasagna had uneven temperature throughout so it seemed like it was microwaved. It didn’t even taste like traditional lasagna. The chicken cutlet barely had any chicken and only breading. Wait staff lacked English speaking skills."

"We were at mauro for 4 nights and had lunch in the restaurant every day. eating was spectacular, the seafood was fresh and tasty and cheap. the beach club was amazing, many sunbeds and first class service of mauro and. his team drinks delivered to her sunbed etc. an amazing place to relax surrounded by beautiful landscape and great eating! we look forward to our next stay, thank you mauro!"

"Yes, I mean it. We literally did a pizza tour all over the country (we spent a month from Como to Naples to Ischia and Sardegna) and this was hands down our favorite. The sauce is the best i've ever had. Period. It become the standard by which we judged every other pizza. And we enjoyed the limocello and grapa after, as well. Additionally, it is a little hiddle gem off the road with a great patio and a fun staff, and it's family owned and operated. Ahmed was a great host. We ate here twice in our four-day stay in Ischia."

"Upon arrival, nobody asked for our Green Pass and after 40 minutes nobody came to us to take our order. We were forced to call a waiter and tell him that we were going away, due to their lack of service. As a result we could immediately order our pizzas. Before getting them, a waiter brought some inedible bruschettas, as bread had been grilled presumably some hours before, and consequently had lost its frangrance. Afterwards we got our pizzas. Their look promised a poor taste, which turned out to be even worse than their look. The dough was sticky and scarcely leavened and the ingredients were poor. Furthermore, the staff was in a hurry, mostly unpolite and under stress. A completely disappointing experience."
