"A pre booked table christmas eve. everywhere looked nice we were only the 3rd table to be seated, an offer of a fruit cocktail (trays of them on the bar) after we were seated started the evening off on a pleasant note. The adding of 8e per person onto the bill for it later, was tad more than it was worth. The frogs legs panfried on Garlic butter, looked like they had seen no frying or garlic, and were extremely bland. Of the 4 different main courses only one (the duck) was reasonable but perhaps the 1hr 45 minute wait meant most of us were past having an appetite. Immensely disappointment all round.My opinion is that this restautant doesn't actually care, about whether you enjoy it. It seems they are there to take your money and customer satisfaction does not enter their heads. Despite all the meals being an 'entree and plat' or 'entree, plat and desert' combination set price menu. We found an addition 4 entrees charged for on the bill, Hard to have gotten this wrong I would have thought, and when I simply added that the whole length of service etc had spoiled the evening for us and they had overcharged us we were offered a shrug of the shoulders! They were simply not bothered about our poor experience on what should have been a special night. I come to this village sometimes twice a year and it will be a long time before they see my hard earned money again, there are much better places to eat on the slopes. It left a bad taste in more ways than one!"
