"We attempted to get a table on a Saturday night but the place was totally booked up, therefore we opted for take out as other pizza places in Lichfield were rated lower on TA. We tried a range of styles from vegetarian to bolognese. Toppings were quite ample but the quality of the pizza bases seemed fairly average compared to a real Italian place. Not air filled, or thin and crunchy. Maybe in the UK this is the preferred style not sure. In general the view was this could have been better."

"Most likely the best pizza in Britain outside italias. my pizza shown below was £16.95, which is more than I would pay in the rule in a pizza chain restaurant like pizza express, but it is worth it. they can really taste the quality ingredients. it looks like an insurmountable portion size, but the basic is so light and airy, it was a joy to eat and left room dessert. also in Italians, it is very popular to hear other diners who speak Italian, which adds the atmosphere. the house red wine was also exquisite. £18.99 for the bottle and went really well with eating. I'm back!"
