"I didn't know what to expect. the evening was on a groupon and so much depends on their participation in groupon. for me it is a controlled exit point, not the whole evening. pleasantly surprised. the outside is in order if dated, the inner is more dated and would certainly benefit from a envelope. but the food was nice, the owner was welcoming and the evening was at a price with which we were in order to not like that?"

"I was a bit reluctant about going to La Capanna, after reading the negative reviews, but my son really wanted to take me there, as he likes the atmosphere and the owner, who is the father of one of his best friends. Well, I don't regret trying this place. The restaurant was full, which is a good sign in this economic climate, and the ambiance was certainly something you don't often get elsewhere. The mains were delicious, however the starters were a bit bland and the desserts were a big disappointment, hence the 4 stars... the tiramisu tasted like water! As for the owner, well, he's a comedian... an Italian Louis de Funes!"
