"We had a great experience at Vittoria Trattoria. We had the calamari (a bit spicy), bruschetta (really good), pepperoni and mushroom pizza (excellent pepperoni and tomato sauce), chicken Parm and one of the best carbonara I've ever had. For dessert the molt cake with vanilla ice cream and the mousse cake. (It was too much food for 2 adults and 1 child). The portions were good, the waiting not too long, service was excellent. Will come back for sure."

"We love this place! Food and service are great. The place is always packed. Portions are huge so we usually end up taking home a doggy bag. Great spot tucked away in a strip mall in Barrhaven. Try it, you'll love it!"

"I'm almost exclusively evaluating when I'm ready to give 5 out of 5, but this time I'm writing this review involuntary. I tell everyone how wonderful their pizza is. service was generally average, but this time it was abysmal. I used to sit. on the bar and watched the pizza master in action, which was even a tasty bite. the crust is excellent and marries beautifully with the buffala mozzarella and fresh basilicum leaves. at my last visit I asked for a glass of wine that had dust on it. I got another glass and then I was dust and wee. I told the server that it doesn't make any sense. she told me that the proximity to the kitchen meant that flour would go to the glass. when I said that there was no point, someone came more senior to tell me the same story except that they moved the bar. no apologies, except to correct me to tell me that it was not dust in the wein, but cork. I have a simple solution: grab a glass, a damp cloth, move it approx. 75cm away, wipe them glass with cloth, pour them wein. incredible. at the end I had never left such a low tip (4$ to 40$. if the pizza had not been so spectacular, I would have left absolutely nothing."

"When I was single I used to go by myself. Then I married and my wife and I enjoy it. My 2 daughters then came along and eat there from time to time. Years later my son in laws joined us for delicious desserts. Now I bring my grandchildren as well. I enjoy my espresso and my wife her fruit tarts. The rest of the family are happy evrytime we bring them. It is a family cave. Lol."

"Unfortunately, I was not able to taste any of the food. I tested both the appetizer and the main dish with Nima, and both tasted positive for gluten. The chef came to the table and was apologetic, but did not offer to re-make the food and to try to make it right. He kept talking about their "celiac safe" certification. Clearly, that certification doesn't mean much. Very disappointed."
