"First food was excellent. Many issues with service. First of all the restaurant was not that busy so service should have been better. 1. Drinks took an exceedingly long time to come and when they did, one was incorrectly made. 2. Bread was not brought to the table and had to be requested twice. 3. One appetizer wasn’t brought out and had to be re-requested. 4. The server did not know the recipient of each meal. 5. A second drink order was not received after 20 mins though requested again three times. 6. Our credit card was not returned following payment. 7. When all these issues were brought to the Manager’s attention her only response was not to charge us for the undelivered drink. A restaurant purporting to be a high end restaurant should provide an expected level of service. To say this was disappointing for my husband’s birthday is an understatement. We can only hope that their service rises to the quality of the food."
