"My father and I finished up doing some shopping at the Roseville Galleria Mall and wanted to find something good to eat. I suggested The Old Spaghetti Factory and was able to make reservations online. We had a great meal, with really friendly customer service. I wound up getting the pasta classics hearty meal with rich meat sauce, very flavorful an a huge portion that I had to take some home for lunch the next day. I love the dressing they add to their salad it’s like a pesto ranch, and who doesn’t love a nice scoop of spumoni ice cream after dinner."

"Our dining experience took 2 hours. We weren't served any food in the first hour that we were there. Our waitress apologized for the delay in our bread not coming, but the overall service was so slow that it took away from the experience of your wonderful food."

"No Words for the excellence, and qualityt of the Cheese Cake factory, the Chili Crunch Shrimp is sublime, the MeatLoaf was huge and soooo delicious, the Calmari was tender and light and the sauces were perfect. Those Crab bites were light and delicate and exactly on point, those chocolate cakes were decadent yes, but I mean chocolate right? Thank You Factory Staff, you outdid yourselves again, Hugs..."

"My husband and I had only great experiences at this point. The staff and the atmosphere are incredible. I have 10 years of restaurant experience and I can say they have a great team working here. In these hard times when nobody really wants to work, their team has the power. Dominic was our waiter this time. He was very helpful. When I didn't find the drink I was looking for on the menu, he went out to find him. Come from someone who wants to cook at home, eat food... It is a 45-minute drive for one night."

"First time at this location. Jose was our waiter and was very friendly and helpful with our dinner selection. All of the food was great! Eggplant and chicken Ken parmigiana was cooked to perfection and the flavor was great. The Quattro dish was a great sampler that gave a taste of several pastas. The restaurant is decorated like the other Buca do Beppo I've been to. A little generic on the outside but the inside is great. We will most likely come here again next time on our way through Roseville."

"When we set ourselves, we were told about the ordering via QR code, but that our server would be over in a short time. the server never came by, we waited for about 30 minutes before I finally asked the host if f we have menus and let the server come to take a drink order. I had the special tentative: braided short ribs, one of my favorite dishes to order when I pull out. the dish was excessively salty, the “ sauce” was not really a sosty, but only the braising juices that took over the whole plate. the side of the zucchini noodles in garlic butter sauce was overcome with the brat liquid. so one could taste nothing other than zucchini, no sauce drowned only from the brittle liquid. next to the meal the service was not great. the server was not attentive, we waited several times for beverage refills and after our meal times came out, we really didn't see them anymore, not a big thing, they might have been short personal and the server could have been pulled into too many directions. if the waitress had checked back with us shortly after the sight of our meal, I might have sent my court back. but overall I felt that the court I ordered was not very good, it was a premium price for this restaurant at $36. I didn't feel that my visit was a good value or something I would try again."
