"Giulia is a restaurant in Rome that offers a delightful tasting menu experience with wine pairing. The service is exceptional, as the staff are attentive and professional, taking care of every detail and promptly taking our coats upon arrival. I would rate the service 9 out of 10. The atmosphere of the place is welcoming and well-maintained, with low background music that doesn 't interfere with conversation. The bathroom is also clean and well-kept, adding to the overall experience. I would give the atmosphere a rating of 9 out of 10. Moving on to the food, the starter bread was fresh and warm, served with olive oil. The amuse-bouche was a delicious, light bite-size fried pizza with garlic mayo, which I would rate 8 out of 10. The Eggs 64 Asparagus and Potato Cream dish was light and creamy at room temperature, earning a 9 out of 10. The Crunchy Octopus, Carrot Cream, and Citronette had a refreshing taste and aroma, with the octopus cooked to perfection. I cannot decide whether the octopus or the sauce is the star of the dish, as they blend together nicely. I would rate this dish an 8 out of 10. Next up, the Fettuccine with anchovy sauce was warm and tasty, with the chef adding cookies on top, which added an unexpected but pleasant mix. The pasta was cooked al dente, but the dish was not extraordinary compared to other Italian restaurants. I would rate it a 7 out of 10. The Dumplings Stuffed with Picchiapò , Parmesan Fondue, and Laurel Oil were delicious, with well-cooked meat and sauces that blended perfectly. This dish earns a solid 9 out of 10. Unfortunately, the Crispy Boiled Beef and Sauce Salsa Verde was my least favorite dish, as it lacked flavor and needed more salt and herbs. Although the meat was well cooked, the dish was too bland for my taste, and I would give it a 4 out of 10. To end on a sweet note, the Custard Donuts Petit Four dessert was zesty and not too sweet, with a perfect custard-to-donut ratio, and was served warm. This dessert deserves an 8 out of 10 rating. Overall, my experience at Giulia was great, lasting for two and a half hours, and I would give it a solid eight out of 10. The majority of the dishes were exceptional, with only one dish falling short of expectations. The total bill was 226 euros for two, including the wine pairing, which seems reasonable for the quality of food and service provided."

"Fantastic view, but the positive aspects end there, 30 minutes of waiting only to be considered by a waiter, who clearly wasn't the one in possession of the PDA and then another 30 minutes to wait for the one who had it, after having pointed this out, everything is was denied by the waiter in a pedantic manner. Once the 2 gintonics arrived you could immediately notice that they were watered down and with poor tonic (contrary to the price you paid for it) Needless to say, they charged us €5 for 2 chips taken directly from the bag and €3 for service which is hyperbole to call it service. I saw that the owner responded to the complaints of other reviews by saying that it was enough to point it out, but if all those who complain were to point it out I can't even imagine how much longer the waiting times would become. Just some aspect of the restaurant owned by an owner who, judging by how he responds to reviews, has either never been there or pretends not to see.
