"As expected, graziella was a great place for our braut shower. the selection of prefixed shower menus was very helpful from start to end. the waitress was as usual professional and friendly, leading us through the showering activities. and eating! it was wonderful, graziella itself, as well as to meet her family when we arrived for setup. all menu selections have won big comments from the shower guests. I knew my best choice was graziellas homemade pasta of the day, ravioli. it wasn't disappointed. a series of local guests said that they were not yet here, but would return with the family. thanks!"

"The service was terrible. When I arrived there, they tried to sit in a corner next to the register and close another family. they did not serve me water, no utensils, no serviettes nothing. I had to ask for everything. my waiter never came back to my table to ask if everything was in order or if I needed anything. no refilling. Once I paid, they never came back to the black book. I never have a “thank you” for coming. service je! worst cock legs were so small. honestly, a waste of money. never come back."

"Very good food, the staff is extremely attentive and the portions are huge. We had the steak sandwich which was great but more steak would be appreciated and the Cubano Burger which was huge and seasoned to perfection. The portions are huge if you are going with someone else consider sharing. The empanadas with their signature sauces and the chimichurri sauce is out of this world 5 star on that. Definitely will plan a trip back...."

"I've been a loyal customer for years but like many, since COVID I've been getting take-out. We just ordered dinner (Mothers Day) and I've never been so disappointed. The Gyoza Pork was completely burned. The maki rolls did not seem fresh. The pork in the Tokyo Ramen Soup was completly dried out and there were no chopsticks, napkins or soy sauce included with the delivery. I called the restaurant to give them an opportunity to make things right but the person on the end of the phone simply apologized. I asked for a credit for the Gyoza pork and she said she wasn't authorized to give one. I know we are still in a pandemic but I just can't order from Ichiro any longer. They've lost a steady customer and they don't really seem to give a damn."
