"Since our last visit, the operation was much more self-safe, oriented and all tables were clean and covered for the guests. A redispositioning of the table that we offer to a better table can only be rated positively. The place was already well visited; the cards came immediately and the order was added after appropriate time. The ordered beverages Trebbiano white semi-dry and a large mineral water came fast and were very well cooled tempered! The wine tasted excellent. The freshly prepared dishes Cannoli alla Siciliana and Scaloppina on strip noodles with olives, garlic, tomato sauce and side salad came after a reasonable waiting period. The Cannoli, according to my wife, were very good; the second dish also tasted very good, only the side salad, which was due to its diversity and freshness, was unfortunately disappeared by a FERTIGDRESSING. The Coperta is not known in Germany, but for some dishes a two slices of white bread OR a freshly baked pizza dough is very advantageous! It was immediately deleted, almost a bit fast! Personally, it is better if the dishes are removed only if both guests have completed their course. The Tiramisu, who ordered my wife as a dessert, was a decent portion, but tastefully nothing special! In summary, we have both been able to make a significant improvement since our last visit and look forward to coming back here."

"Wir haben am 11.11.2015 bei ToniMaccaroni bestellt und haben fast 2 Stunden auf die Pizzen gewartet.Wir riefen nach 1 Stunde an, um zu fragen (nett) ob die Pizzen schon unterwegs seien, die Antwort: "Ja, der Fahrer ist gerade los - es ist viel los heute" (versteht man ja - war für uns überhaupt kein Problem). Weitere 40 Minuten später riefen wir erneut an und hörten verwundert: "Welche Pizzen waren das noch gleich? Ah ja.... hmmmhmmm.... ja - der Fahrer ist GERADE mit den Pizzen los" - nicht wirklich glaubwürdig nach weiteren 40 Minuten und insgesamt 1 1/2 Stunden - woraufhin ich natürlich nachfragte, wann genau die Pizzen denn nun kommen sollten und sagte, dass die Kollegin mir bereits vor 40 Minuten genau die gleiche Info gab (und wir wohnen ca. 5 km weit weg), also bat ich um einen Rückruf nach Klärung wo die Pizzen denn nun jetzt seien und wie lage es dauern würde, wir hatten ja eigentlich noch etwas anderes vor an diesem Abend - welcher aber natürlich nicht erfolgte. Also muste ich nochmal anrufen...Die Pizzen kamen dann fast 2 Stunden nach Bestellung endlich an KALT - 2 KALTE Pizzen für knapp 30 EURO! Also, erneuter Anruf und mir wurde nach einigem Hin- und Her der Chef gegeben, der mir ungeduldig erklären wollte, dass viel los sei und ich dies doch verstehen müsse - sich meine Beschwerde aber nicht wirklich anhören wollte und mir auch kein "Angebot" machte was mich milde hätte stimmen können (obwohl ich ihm sagte, dass wir zum ersten Mal bestellten und ihn freundlich "neckte", dass er sich nun was einfallen lassen kann und dass das garnicht ginge).Es endete dann tatsächlich damit, dass der Chef frech wurde und er mir wortwörtlich sagte: "Rufen Sie nie mehr an" - sowas dreistes habe ich noch nicht erlebt (2 Stunden Wartezeit, der Kunde muss nachfragen, viele Telefonate, sehr teueres Essen, kaputtes Abendprogramm da man ja nicht davon ausgeht 2 Stunden zu warten und genau deswegen Pizza bestellt - und wenn man sich in einem NORMALEN Ton beschweren will wird Toni Maccaroni dann tatsächlich aggressiv und frech und zeigt kein Verständnis).Ich kann dazu nur sagen "So nicht" - für mich ist ToniMaccaroni einer der schlechtesten Lieferservices überhaupt (Pizza durchschnittlich, sehr teuer, bei Eintreffen kalt, man wird angelogen und frech angegangen = der Abend war durch das lange Warten dann auch versaut) und kann niemandem ernsthaft raten, dort zu bestellen."

"Superlecker, family-run, exceptional day tickets. these statements describe the family-run trattoria best hidden in the middle of the wurzburger pedestrian zone on an idyllic church square far from the trubel of the bustling city. dolce vita from the finest expected here. the famous Italian hospitality is one ready to surrender and reward with extraordinary creations from the kitchen, where the cook is still personal. they are always served with a smile, special requests are more demanding than annoying. the friendly and good laune of chefin, who takes care of their guests here, is contagious and liberating. the outside area is particularly welcoming and tasteful, which invites them to stay on hot days. parking is not a problem, despite the location of the city, which offers a minute away CCW parking or the main square many parking spaces. the menu always offers a chic dish and you should book in any case, even a few days before, as the trattoria has a secret tip sign as hidden as it is. the portions are plentiful and very good, everything is freshly prepared so that they can wait a little longer. the personal is on zack, fast, friendly, attentive. what they want to make for a lasy evening in the heart of wurzburg more sound. buon appetito!"
