"Dinner am 16. Dezember 2016Heute kommen wir (mein Sohn ein Freund von ihm und ich) zum Trüffel Essen zu Raffaele. Zwei mal das Ravioli mit Trüffel einmal Tajarin als Vorspeise, danach für mich das Kaninchen, einmal das Rinderfilet und einmal Rinderragout mit Polenta oder Risotto.Dazu einen Bricco del Uccellone .Essen fantastisch, Ambiente gefällt mir seh gut Service zuvorkommen und freundlich.mein lieblings Italiener weit und breit."

"We followed some recommendations and also the nice presentation of the restaurant online. The terrace is nice and spacious with a really nice view over lake Zug. But the restaurant has seen better times before. The food was ok, it all seemed very bland, without...much herbs or pepper. The presentation was ok, but also not as expected and as seen on many photos here. I was expecting a bit more haute cuisine. The quality of the food was good, I cannot complain about that, but all in all the presentation and the rather blandness didn't grab me. The strawberry tiramisu was ok, it came with a fancy basil pesto even if this is quite fancy to mix the taste of sweet and herbs, the presentation was not very nice as it was just a green weird looking splash on the pink strawberry mousse. Staff was friendly and welcoming."

"My wife and I went there on a week evening, while it was still warm outside, to try this place which we had always seen but always forgotten when it came to choosing a place to eat out.We were unexpectedly please by the place, both the small garden with trees (where we ate) and the inside, cosy and warm.My wife took a pizza and I took what I consider to be the stable-plate of any Swiss restaurant: the cordon bleu.The pizza was average and the cordon bleu was really bad, dry, very crusty, with meat that due to overcooking lost all of its flavour, with a strange tasting cheese... disappointing.Perhaps we should have tried the paella, but I am very hesitant to go there again after trying out the pizza and cordon bleu.I suppose this is a good casual place to go, when you don't have any better option and if you're not expecting too much..."
