"Let's start with the delicious burger & fries. Well done, high fives galore... But, not that you asked. Imagine devouring a scrumptious burger (you with me?) and as soon as you lick the plate the sullen waitress languidly removes your plate with complete disinterest for how your meal actually was. Off she skulks into the kitchen. "We really enjoyed that!" but no one hears our cries of appreciation. It's only when we pay the bill that the lovely work experience fellow says "how was everything?" Phew. We will return for the burger, but not the apathetic waitress. As you were."

"Had read good things about this cafe. It was crowded and very noisy and we waited a long time to get our food but my bowl was fantastic. It was a vegan option with spiced cauliflower, olives chick peas, avocado, rocket, sauerkraut, hummus $18.50)....The flavours were amazing. My friend had the Tradie bacon egg roll and she enjoyed it too. Definitely worth a visit."

"Nice interior, pleasant service, awesome coffee. The food could be improved, though. My plate comprised numerous components which all tasted great individually but weren't as enjoyable when combined. Also, my poached eggs weren't runny - this is an easily avoidable mistake and so particularly frustrating!"

"Dee Jay’s is a very basic caffe in the iga, but it is a good value. the coffee was good strong, rough and creamy. the menu is very limited, but they have bing and they did it much better than griddle king less soggy and much higher ratio of filling to crepe, plus it was cheaper. only the problem was that they slit it up, which made it very unorderly to eat."
