"I had been in this caffe several times, but today (19 dez. 18) would be my last time, my friend, and I sat at 1.05PM no one approaches us for 5mins until I walk around the guy to give us a menu and. to see the order. 45mins by eating never passed, so I approached them to theke and asked what happens with my order, the type that took the order insisted that he entered my order into the system. minute later the guy came to me and said he forgot the order. seriously, we waited for 45mins to never cross in their minds that we don't even serve a water?! a total of 1 hour and 10 minutes before we get the food. after the check-out of our order not yet in the system."
