"I have just ordered from your Burger Urge in Brisbane International Airport, around 4:30pm on Thursday 28th November. I write in regards to the survive that I received by the young girl behind the counter. Now I don’t expect much from “fast food” places, but she was amazing! From just providing simple information about the food and what I’d enjoy, to apologising for something that I’m pretty sure was my fault. Burger Urge should be proud to have such a vibrant person as their main point of contact with their customers."

"I was annoyed with air nz at check-in so that I added bland food and bitter ice mocha to the fuel. because it had a decent presentation, I would expect it to taste above average, especially with the praises. a nutella and biscoff cookie, kokosbrot, icy mocha with milk and a hot chocolate with milk sugar free milk, the last thing I wanted was to have stomach pain on my flight cookie, was undercooked, and not the nice type of undercooked, taste of excess flour and backseide came strong. the only plus was the biscoff and nutella spreads that were used to fill because they legitimate cocosnus bread was tasteless and textur unpleasant. not even a hauch of cocosnüsse came through as delicious as literal air. iced mocha was very bitter, I like my coffee strong but in a mocha there was no balance. they burn the milk of hot chocolate idk, as this happens, both drinks do not use the substitute milk. regarding the customer service they were okay and just okay. it may be me, but felt very hastily when the order. I would understand if they were in the jam, but that was not the case. has not ordered many dinge, but any article would be asked “is that all “not only one or two, but six times “ nutella cookie: 1/5Lotus cookie: 1.5/5 because it is a type of cookie, this can be their best bet if absolutely desperate cocosnusI/5"

"I was ignored and treated as the last option to be served at the counter, I felt like I wasn't greeted by a man who served me. He had no facial expressions, no verbal expressions, only very blunt, so I felt very comfortable eating in it. Very... for someone who has a great background with hospitality experience and degree. My customer service experience was far below the bar and I see potential in location with tourist traffic, but the standards must be lifted. I'll be back in Brisbane in a few months, but I won't be here."
