"Had been there for lunch and enjoyed it very much. Great time for dinner and was very disappointed. Ordered the calamari entree and it was awful. The calamari was so overcooked it was like rubber and the polenta had no flavor. The seafood stew was ok but nothing to save about and the risotto with shrimp was fine. The wedge salad was able. The cucumber melon salad was good. Having had this experience I will not be back! So, I say don't bother with this restaurant. Go somewhere else."

"This review is for our first time going here. We decided to have brunch on a whim one Sunday afternoon and found this place nearby. I had the al pastor chilaquiles, and they were absolutely delicious! I'm typically picky about chilaquiles, but these exceeded my expectations. The decor was trendy and everything clean. Service was friendly and efficient. My husband and I will be back!"

"This place has a great vibe and the food was delicious with the exception of the cornbread dessert but that was probably just my sweet tooth talking. It’s pretty pricey but most dishes serve two easily. I would recommend to friends."

"So glad we ordered the special as it was a delectable brisket with beans and mac 'n cheese. We also got the fried catfish. Loved the tasty greens and yummy rice. Just recently spent some time in Memphis, TN and was so glad we didn't have to drive too far for that awesome Memphis experience"

"Loved the matcha latte, and the buttermilk biscuit was delicious. Too crowded but it has a very good size patio to avoid the crowd. Customers look like the very relaxed kind of people. I recommend this place."

"I've heard nothing but great reviews about Mix Mix. I had gone for lunch and had ordered the prix fixe menu, which was a beet salad, chicken with couscous and two scoops of pumpkin ube ice cream. My friend had ordered the beet salad, shrimp entree and pear mango sorbet. Everything was good, but I wasn't blown away. The ice cream was lightly sweetened, the chicken entree and salad good. I'd be interested in going back again and trying some of their other dishes and perhaps ordering tapas style for variety."
