"Friendly staff and a clean bright interior. The Hudson has two vegan options for breakfast, impossibility Burger (if with another bungalow) and Spiced Tofu Scramble. I chose the tofu that had a light kick to it heatful, but overall was quite a bland dish regarding taste. It was a decent healthy option for a quick bite near the hotel that I found in The Westin Book Cadillac."

"We spent our last evening in Mérida with a 21 course degustation dinner with paired drinks at Kuuk. The experience was amazing, each single dish is different and all are delicious. Although the individual dishes are snack-sized, you will end up quite full and more than a little tipsy. Actually, two or three dishes less would have improved the experience. Five desserts of which four are based on ice cream were not really needed. The drink pairing is well worth the price, the drinks are excellent and blend perfectly with the food. The staff is very friendly and attentive. All in all, an absolutely amazing evening out."

"The service was less than great. Our waitress never came back to check on us after brining us our food. She wore face covering under her chin. Our egg's were over cooked and cold so we sent them back. Our waffle was too tuff to eat. Our egg's then came back runny so we said forget it. The chicken taste like it had been cooked in burned old grease and we had ordered an extra piece of chicken with our meal's. ? Again the wait staff was very unprofessional until the end when she brought us our bill and then became real personable (I guess looking for a good tip) and said.. see y'all next time No she won't! We're never coming back but still left a nice tip. I know good help is hard to find during the pandemic but wow."

"You do not take reservations and there is not even someone who shows you to a table. This hotel restaurant has only furnished tables and it is free for all to grab a table. This was on New Year's Eve when almost every other restaurant at the Marriot Hotel in Detroit and in most parts of Detroit were closed. 100,000 people were in town for the NHL classic and this bankrupt city doesn't have the good sense of capitalizing on it... but I'm digressing. Please remove Volt from the open table."
