"We spotted this lovely little place on the map before we traveled to Benamara, and wanted to call in. When we arrived initially we couldn't find a way in, but later realised that the entrance was by the tiled mapped sign of Benamara Gardens, and beyond a small car park you can see the gate on the left, this may look locked but isn't and this is the entrance to The Mud Hut where you can see the roof above the fence if you look. The owner Roxanna is very friendly and she goes out of her way to make sure you are fine. They serve wonderful food which we tried, which is prepared fresh each day and their chocolate brownies are a must! They are made on the premises and taste wonderful. The ambiance is wonderful there and is so relaxing. Prices are very good and service great. Go visit and see for yourself next time you are in Benamara."

"Always excellent. Food is delicious, menu is diverse and everyone includes options I haven’t seen at other restaurants. On Thursdays they offer a Moroccan menu which I can recommend. I have been there for lunch and dinner and have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly and efficient."

". It's in the Plaza ABC, the square that was built when they knocked down th bus station. Now with a statue, a mural, loads of flowers, and now with this cute bar and its tables spread around, this square boasts the Bar Amanecer among...the giant flower pots. It has an inside area too, but the big attraction are the tables outside. The children can run and play in safety while you have a coffee and toast for breakfast, some nice crispy fish or gambas or other tapas at lunchtime or in the evening. On Sunday mornings they have the Farmers' Market here, so you can stock up on fresh fruit and veg for the week, as well as some great charcuterie. And all within a stone's throw of the beach you might like to come here for a grilled fish lunch when you've finished grilling yourselves on the beach! An extremely pleasant location with good friendly service. ."
