"The ambience is very special, you can buy part of the decoration (probably a kind of shabby chic / cottage style). It is very cosy, especially if it is cold outside.Unfortunately, the food / the beverages are only average. Last time we had tea and coffee, the tea bags were expired quite a long time and we agreed that the there are definitely better places to get a good coffee. And there are also better places to eat tasty pastry (Vogelhaus or Pano, for instance)."

"My visit to Hintertule was a little goodbye. I was hoping to drive in the course of the years, but the situation only occurred during this visit. The entrance is beautiful as you go through an old wooden door. When I entered, I noticed a damp smell in the air. I sat at one of the tables to have only one drink, then immediately noticed a reserved table sign on them. The staff told me that there was only a seating area near the opposite side of the bar, a huge table and two small tables. There were only three people in the spot and they sat at the bar and talked. I decided to have my drink and then moved on as I didn't feel very greeted and the place didn't leave a good impression. Only one party appeared on the “maintained” tables during my visit."
