"Wir hatten einen heißen Sommertag und spazierten am Abend noch durch die Stadt. So konnten wir am Kaffee Mader nicht vorbei. Das Servicepersonal ließ uns lange warten und benötigt mit Sicherheit eine Nachschulung in Kundenfreundlichkeit (es waren das Einheimische). Wir hatten den Eindruck, dass Gäste hier gar nicht willkommen sind. So haben wir dann doch Eiskaffee bekommen und dieser war dann ein Traum. Wir haben schon lange nicht mehr einen so guten Eiskaffee konsumiert. Wir sind dann beim Melker-Hoffest nochmals hier auf einen Eiskaffee vorbeigekommen, und da war das Chaos beim Personal besonders arg, schade."
