"I visited today with my partner and ordered a flat white and a steamed milk, something that I thought was quite straight forward, however they said they had never heard of a steamed milk and when we explained what it was asked if we wanted...it hot or cold! I find this strange as I believe this until recently has been on the menu and it’s not exactly difficult to do. The flat white was tasteless and not up to the normal standard that I would expect from a costa."

"Had a great breakfast today amongst the many breakfasts on the menu, including vegetarian which was also very good. Lots of other choices too with daily specials as well as a range of deserts and cakes. Fast service and friendly staff. Will visit again."
