"Hey, when you make the pizza fresh, it's really good and that makes me want to eat there all the time and get it for my friends and family but when I go to pick it up expecting to get fresh pizza and it's a pizza that obviously went cold and they put it in the oven and reheated it and then it's all dried out and hard and not enjoyable to eat then it makes me feel like you can't rely that the food is going to be good do I have to put a special request that says please make it fresh? How can I avoid this? I really resent paying for food that's just reheated garbage and then if I'm going to get it for my family or have friends over and order your pizza and I can't be sure that it'll be a fresh pizza that taste good... I mean so how can I remedy this? Thank you."

"I hadn't been to Porta Bella in a decade and was hesitant about going, but I was pleasantly surprised. I remembered the rules from the old days that used to also be true at Paisan's only order Porta salads with French Bleu combined dressing, pizza, and the Garibaldi sandwich. Their pasta is weirdly awful, but stick to those things and you'll have a lovely dinner in a place that feels like it's from another time. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort of the booths. Outside seating had a few different kinds of chairs that looked like they varied widely in comfort."
