"I placed an online order for a small appetizer and two dishes. They are adding 20% to each bill and there was almost $14 in taxes so my bill was over $62. There is no place to leave a message on an online order so I called to let them know I wanted to pick up in a couple hours. They don't answer their phone so I left a voicemail. On the voicemail they leave an email address. I emailed that address and I responded to the automated email saying that I wanted to pick up in a couple hours. A half hour later I received a text saying that my order was ready. The food was absolutely disgusting. We ate what we could stomach and pitched the rest--a terrible shame to waste food but we could not get it down. It's greasy, overcooked, and wan--absolutely no flavour. Such a colossal disappointment!"
