"The red shrimp roll and the bidwell rolls are my favorite!! I order pickup because I prefer to have the eel sauce and spicy mayo cup added with it. I wish you could order them online but until then I guess I will have to continue doing pickup. I did knock off a star because the customer service is NOT there, there was no smile, no hello, no telling me thank you before I left. These are basic and simple things that should be done when someone is spending money at the establishment you work for. Sushi also is not cheap, show appreciation for your customers when they come in. It is really strange that the person working the desk couldn’t even be bothered to do simple IMPORTANT parts that should be extended to customers. I really didn’t feel appreciated on any way, not that it needs to be huge or anything, I believe that just a simple thank you would have made all the difference."

"On Sunday lunch, we tried Koto Restaurant on North Parade for the first time. We should have tried this restaurant earlier. Ramen broth is so delicious. The gentleman sat next to us says this broth is something he can only taste in Japan. The menu is simple, and easy to order. Both broth and noodles are home made, and do not contain preservatives. It is healthy, tasty and very well presented. The only problem is that we may need to wait for a while as they do not take reservation. I will definitely rate the restaurant food taste at the top in Oxford."

"Good when they get it right. Good food, and lunch boxes are great value. the contents seem to be inconsistent though. one week you get steamed broccoli with sesame sauce, the next week raw broccoli without any sauce. one week extra salad, the next tofu with rubbery mushrooms (I didn't even order the tofu box... . at least they can't mess up a yam roll."
