"Three of us came in at 11:15 for brunch, the woman that took our order had initially taken her time and explained she was new. The order came out 45 minutes later with an entirely incorrect brekkie roll. I took it back up and explained it was wrong as it was missing egg and was a gluten free option that was not asked for. The lady that took our order rolled her eyes at me once I’d taken it back. It then took another 30 minutes for the kitchen to add an egg and change the bun. We were then told we wouldn’t be charged for the incorrect brekkie roll as it took so long. Went to pay and were still charged for 3 of them. I said to the guy working that we were still charged for 3 after being told we would only pay for the 2 and remainder of the order. He continued to argue about it and eventually got the refund. Very disappointed with the service. Left at 1pm."
