"We’ve gone past this place a million times and just assumed it to be a typical, greasy Asian fast food mall spot. Craving something new and different we decided to give it a try after seeing the reviews. So glad we did! We were really surprised! Our order was made perfectly. The meals weren’t greasy, the veggies were fresh and crisp and the portions were a good size for the price. The online ordering easy to use (the number of customization options is a nice bonus), and our food was ready when we arrived. We will definitely be back!"

"Customer service sucks! They leave us all standing at the door looking stupid and lost without greeting us and/or telling us how long the wait is. The pace is moving very slowly. They need more help or the waitress/hostess needs to be more friendly and attentive. Menu book is destroyed and fallen apart. I had the combination rice bowl, the meat tasted bland and flavorless. The rice was dried up and hard. As you walk in the front door, you can smell the bathroom odor coming out. It was very stinky as you walk in the front door. This makes me lose appetite. I asked the waitress and she didn’t even respond to my questions and seemed like she did not care whether we came in or not."

"Atmosphere was nice, not too fancy, but not casual either. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Sushi tasted good. It wasn?t the best I?ve tasted, but it was still good. They even have some lunch deals to get several rolls for cheaper prices : I had the Rising Sun roll and it was very delicious!"

"First line I would stay here without hesitation. it is really great and charming. from a vegan-seen you can enjoy a wonderful and great breakfast. the day we went skiing and were up early, they took us to go sandwiches as we left early and whipped up a beautiful avocado toast for me. the other times were nice sit down issues. the vegan options seemed to be limited to fruit, toast and tofu scrambles. all were delicious. However, my waiting did not seem much to know about the vegan options at the gasthof. there were also no vegetable milk alternatives and my dishes came with butter on the side. none of them was a dealbreaker, but and overall this was the most beautiful hotel breakfast I had ever been sitting and made to order."

"I love this place! I visited my mother in the hospital and saw that there was a Thai chili pepper right over the street and I was so excited because I love the location of bloomingdale. I decided to eat a short bite before I went to the hospital and I was so happy that I did. my absolute favourite dish there are the salad wraps and the Thai tee is also amazing. I ordered to go because I thought I would take it into the room, but I just sat in the parking garage in the hospital because I didn't want to wait for my order to get super fast and the customer service was very friendly."

"Had a nice time at the Bistro. The Thai Iced tea is some of the best I've had. Got the Gyoza (7). It came out crispy, and I like it crispy. I got the Spicy Fried rice with tofu and my daughter got the spicy Noodle with beef. I liked them both, but I thought the noodles were better. I would come back and try something else."
