"Ambar is a large health food shop according to Turkish standards and a small to other standards. they have a lot of their standard grains and pulse, and they can get soy milk and other bases there. they have a very good selection of essential oils there, and every time I left, the personal was friendly and helpful. I wouldn't count on finding the things you usually come home, but it's worth stopping. also, only on the street is a restaurant called ficcin that has some veg options and is very good and moderately expensive"

"Though the shop is small, there are so many options. Vegan meats, cheese, pastas, books, cakes and even packed ice cream. The thing I don’t like about this is the staff. One of the ladies who work there never smiles. Every time I went there, she was so moody and rude. The last time I went there was a cake that she was giving slices of the cake to everyone except me. One woman even ate second slice. Also, despite they say that they support zero waste, they still give yo plastic bag after you shop. Updated from previous review on 2019-12-01"
