"The food and presentations were really exceptional! Every dish was well thought of and full of flavor. The wines were delicious and accompanied the dishes perfectly. The service on the contrary was not in expectation of the food. No good timing with the wine and dishes. No explanation of the dishes. I believe students were hired, but not well informed or trained. Which is a pity, as the service makes the dishes even more delicious!"

"Excellent food but expensive. I tasted their assortment of sushi and sashimi with hot sake in the evening. I discovered the shiso leaf associated with certain fish, incredible. For my part, I'm not a fan of the cooking of their rice, a little too mushy, but totally ok. On the menu, the fish were of high quality. About the service, I was warned that it was not a very friendly service. It is indeed expeditious. We were late in coming to take our order. Two tables, whose people had arrived at the same time as us, had already been served with drinks and starters when we came to take our order. Otherwise, I observed that the boss often hears that we order for two when we only order for one. This happened to us for sake and the table next to us who had ordered a special dish in advance was served this dish twice ! instead of once . Finally, the place is pleasant and authentic, but despite the entrance hall with two doors and curtains, it gets cold as soon as people enter. One last observation, we arrived at opening, 7 p.m., and left after 9 p.m. without being rushed to vacate the table. The last observation: there is a small paper stuck to the wall stating very clearly that they do not have any gluten free or vegetarian options. Communication reflects their welcome and customer service. All that being said, I will happily return for their remarkable shiso leaf sushi. Vegetarian options: No vegetarian options.
