"This has become our go to for Thai food. Owners are pleasant and the food is always fresh. Certainly well worth the trip to try it out. We have eaten in the restaurant and they are licenced but with our home being literally 2 blocks away we usually do takeout about 3 times a month"

"I would rate Zero if I could. It has been my worst experience at a restaurant. Today I was waiting for my orders there. I was told to check back in around 10 minutes but over 20 minutes they were not ready yet. Due to my time schedule was tight so I asked a waitress if my order could get ready sooner. They checked and told me not ready yet. Then I waited there and said nothing. After I picked up my order and went to a corner table packing my stuff before leaving, I heard the waitress said I was Crazy and Idiot in Cantonese. She didn't know I was still there. So I explained to her i was rush according to a schedule, and I never blamed them being slow. I was a customer without complaining, so definitely she shouldn't Verbally Abuse a customer like me. The boss and manager (a man) told me over 80% of their customers were satisfied and Asked me to Leave the restaurant Immediately, Otherwise He will Call the Police. I was quite shock to what he said. The Abusive Waitress/Receptionist never apologized and turned her face aside when I was talking to her manager. They didn't feel bad or wrong about what they did to the customer at all. No wonder this manager/boss trained Abusive staffs. If I left earlier, I would never know the staff abused me for nothing and the boss/manager allowed her. I will never go there and not recommend anyone to go there for the meals. People want to spend money on enjoying delicious food without being verbally abused behind us. I would go to the restaurants being grateful and appreciative for their customers."

"My friend and I went here for dinner for our guy's night out. We got a good meal, but, the final cost came to about $35 a person because we had lamb and a soft drink, and that is part of the extra cost all-you-can-eat. Too much, in my opinion. The meat was fine. The vegetables were unimpressive, except for the kimchi which was good. The service left much to be desired. Our orders were forgotten, twice, and they got it wrong another time. Though other tables had their grills changed in the middle of their meal, ours wasn't (and it was quite filthy) and we had to scrape it off ourselves. Water was hard to come by because we had ordered soft drinks. The place feels very industrial. The visible pipes and dark paint were strange to have at a restaurant. The grills were quite low in the table so that me, a very tall guy, could only really use the half of the grill furthest away from me."

"Small portion size as compared to other Chinese restaurants. I am surprised that they can survive over the years. Taste was OK. Service was OK. There are other restaurants with better value and great taste. Will not go back again!!"

"Friendly staff, great food, reasonable prices. Most importantly, our kids (picky eaters) would finish an entire meal. This place is our go-to, not just for convenience but they serve excellent comforting Viet food. Avocado smoothie and Viet coffee are amazing too. We've been here since they opened, and yes there were ups and downs with kitchen staff turn over, pandemic stress, etc.. but what has been evident are the improvements that they continue to make as a family (from menu changes, take out container choices and how to serve the community during the pandemic). They genuinely want to share great Viet food with you. For that, we appreciate this family business and will always return for pho."
