"Ochsenschwanzpho. Sooo good big pieces of oxtail fall out of the bone not the small chewing pieces you get at most places. Must have cooked over 8 hours. The noodles were not overcooked or undercooked in the bowl. Just perfect. Spring rolls were extremely fresh. The diving sauce was perfectly sweet and peanut butter ish but I must always add sriracha because I am Mexican and I like the spices. I asked the cook about the food. Extremely knowledgeable and he is proud of the history and formula of soup. This is my new place."
