"I rarely give all stars, but this place deserves more because the staff on the day we visited were excellent. The food they made was incredibly good and I had freshii food at downtown locations in Toronto and Mississauga, but that was different. We ordered a Umamii salad for me, a Spicy Lemongrass soup for the woman and the children were not hungry, but they ordered a green smoothie. The Umamii was made delicious and maybe the way companies wanted to be made. The taste, the kind and the perfect mix of dressing and all the other fixins were me. Perfect harmony. The Lemon Grass soups were the right temperature and spice level. The vegetables and the noodles had mixed well again. The smoothie came very well. About the service the caucasian girl who took the order and made our order was very pleasant and happy to be there. The other Indian girl was on a break and had a meal as it was on late Sunday afternoon and no guests at the restaurant other than us. When we reached our table, we realized that we did not pick up the straws and one of the best corners. After reaching there to realize that one of the articles did not wait in stock until the girl finished, things for the other customer who had just changed to a take-out order. The Indian girl went away from her meal and got us what we needed. Without asking her to do everything she paid attention to her customers during a break! Then the girl who served us comes after a few minutes apologise for the missing things and asked us if everything was okay and if there is something she could do. She was so kind. Both impressed us! It was incredible from a fast food store!"

"Found this tiny gem nestled off of Algonquin ave. this evening and not only was the customer service beyond 5 stars the food was phenomenal. Although I myself do not have any dietary restrictions the options served here are incredibly diverse and delicious! Anyone looking for a feel good meal served by wonderful people be sure to stop by for a sit down meal or drive through if you’re in a hurry!"

"Excellent halal eating option in North bay. We dined here for two days. Day 1 the chiken shawarma wrap was amazing with rich in flavor and full of fresh vegetables. Day 2 the donair platter it was good too specially the fresh vegetables and chiken was perfectly cooked too. Staff is extremely professional and hard working."
