"I had ordered a takeaway chicken rice noodle with less vegetables and less chicken and had specified to the staff I cannot eat veggies outside due to my dietary requirement. I collected my box, came na j to work and saw the box half full of vegetables and chicken. When called, the staff asked me to come back. I went back all the way wasting in total 20 minutes of my lunch time to show him the box.instead of apologising for wasting my time and offering another box, he very rudely three the box and gave the money back and also argued the veggies were not too much. Yes, your shop is busy and food is good but you definitely need to train your reception staff to drop the attitude and be more customer focused. I definitely will not be wasting my time coming to your place again and will advise my friends and family likewise"

"If there's a restaurant that deserves less than 1 rating, it's this place. I've dined here twice now and am never going back. The food was cold, tasteless and insufficient for the price demanded. Customer service was non existent. This place has achieved the impossible. They've managed to ruin our dessert. DESSERT!!!!! How difficult is it to get a fried ice cream right? Horrid experience.<br>"

"We had a quick lunch here. This small restaurant serves a variety of Asian food- chinese, vietnamese, Japanese etc.. Pricing is quite reasonable and the servings are quite filling. They taste good too which is important. The place looks worn but homey. Don't expect too much in terms of service. You sit down, you order. The food comes and you pay. But worth it."

"It was getting a bit late upon arriving in Parramatta and this Pub looked like it was opened. We expected pub meal but the restaurant only had Thai food. Our meals was cooked OK but one of my colleagues wanted Australian type meal and this...selection was very limited to either kids small meals or a steak. The time we arrived the place was empty and the restaurant is very small with limited number of seats. Payment by Cash only no credit cards. Overall a average dinner."

"Such delicious food and such friendly service! I got take away last night. The lovely lady gave me 3 cans of drink for free and rushed over to hold the door open for me. The food was cooked to perfection. I had Pad Kee Mao. I think we are getting Jai Thai for dinner again tonight! Yum"

"Great selection of quick bite bento and rolls but was having a craving for Takoyaki and they fo theirs here on a skewer!!! Nice, freshly made, crunch on the outside and soft chewy filling on the inside. Exactly what i came in for!!!"

"We were a walk in of four people and were seated immediately. The food came out very quickly. The tuna sashimi had a little bit of a fishy after taste. The menu I thought was quite limited, however I guess that's what makes the food taste good as they can specialise in certain dishes."
