"Yikes. I?ll start with the food. I asked if the dumplings were handmade and told that everything is made there. However, for 12.00 I was served 5 dumplings that are indistinguishable from the ones you buy in the freezer isle. Second- the entrees are served with TOO MUCH FISH SAUCE, which is a common mistake- but when I pay 20$ for a chicken dish IT SHOULDN?T taste like fish. I cook with it all the time- it?s not supposed to make your entire plate taste like fish. Next- service. The server didn?t bus ONE DISH, didn?t refill ONE GLASS, and didn?t drop check or check on us or pick up menus. So- when you consider paying a high price for the area, but are more traveled and not stuck in St. Louis, I warn you now, this place only has high ratings because this AREA rates ?expensive? food better. I?m serious, it?s a phenomenon- but I?ve lived here 5 years now- there are PLENTY of places with slightly lower ratings, (only because the prices are better) and better food VERY CLOSE BY."

"Smiling people were working and it smelled good, so I walked up and said, Surprise me! Within a few minutes I was handed a delicious treat that I would describe as an open calzone, without cheese. There was some type of gyroish meat, some sour cream, and some deep orange blobs of deliciousness. The bread was chewy and it wasn 't too spicy. Good food! Smiling workers! Happy me!"

"Blk Mkt Eats is fantastic! If you're craving sushi, but want a little more bang for your buck this is the place to go. I highly recommend and usually order the OG Fire Salmon Burrito, but decided to try a bowl this time which was the best of both worlds with both salmon and shrimp tempura. The fish always tastes fresh and the sauces are even more delicious. Can't wait until their Maplewood location is open, so I can satisfy my sushi burrito cravings more often!"

"We went during the weekday, so it wasn't busy at all. They had the popular dim-sum dishes, but not all. They placed your order and then it was brought out, not as normal where they pushed the car around. Food was good! I didn't know what everyone costs until we got our bill. The service was often on the point of filling the water and checking for us. I give four stars and not five because it's kind of old and stuffy. He also heard that the owner calls for something professional. It was amusing and embarrassing. I would still come back, especially for the roasted beet cake with egg and shrimp (which was not listed in the order menu)."
