"A short walk from the subway of Hongcao Road on line 12, take exit 3 on foot to the intersection and go to the left, not far to the right is a large silver sculpture at the entrance of a group of buildings, this place is just here. A beautiful place with seats on the upper floor, you can scan the QR code on your table to order or the staff will help you to order via a physical menu. The place has a simple Buddhist mood, the staff is really friendly. We ordered 4 dishes, a sweet acid pillow that were delicious, perfectly cooked, very subtle sauce. We also had okra mushrokms with a sauce, it would have used a little more sauce for my taste, but was really good. Green tea Buddha cakes were fresh, I love these. The best dish was a truffle of fried rice, which had small dice of pineapple, made it very different from other fried rice dishes. Will definitely go back."

"On the third floor you find this amazing place. They call it a vegetarian buffet but it is a vegan paradise. So many options! Everything is labelt so you can se if they contains milk or egg. The sushi is fantastic! The price is 198 rmb per person but that also includes drinks. The food is so tasty and there is SO much to choose from. Even some desserts. If you are a mushroom fan like me, you must try the mushroom tea. It is so tasty! We ate so much, so we left with stomachaces and we didn’t even try half of it there were so many options. The place should be listed as vegan. We are definently going back!"

"A small, cheap, Dien yo earth place just across the street from the mall complex. Excellent dumpling sauce. Vegetarian dumplings were on the rightmost part of the menu, no English anywhere."

"Take Lines 7 or 13 to Changshou Road, then Exit 5, follow Changde Road South, until you get to Anyuan Street across the right and find this place on the left just before a big Starbucks. This place was a pleasant surprise to find, really easy to find (which is not always the case in Shanghai) we were shown above, although it is the kitchen below. This is a very elegant place, the interior is modern, the staff has beautiful uniforms that match the decor of Jade Green. The manager spoke great English asked if we had any diet requirements, he stressed the dishes we could not be vegan, although the menu was pretty clear on ingredients anyway. It was pricier than most, but not crazy. They brought us some plucked radishes for free that was delicious. We ordered tofu skin spring rolls, roasted pea shoot, asparagus with lotus blossom and noodles with tofu in black sesame paste. The presentation was very tasteful, the spring rolls were very good with a very unique taste, the part was a little small, but its destination is fine food. Everything else was delicious especially the noodles that the server for us mixed some laid in our bowls. Since there was another strange day of romance in China, my assistant was given a single rose! The overall feeling of the place is very quiet, we will definitely return."

"This is one of four Vegetarian Lifestyle Jujube, or Zaozi Shu restaurants in Shanghai. They also have one located in Chengdu, and another one in Ningbo cities. The food is excellent, but the price tends toward the high end of the moderate range. The portions, though, are good sized not exceptionally large . This location we did not find anyone that spoke English. The menu, although in Chinese does have pictures and that should be sufficient. The wait staff was quite pleasant and friendly. They take Alipay 支付宝 which is handy. Although convenient to get to via the #6 line, it may not be easy to find. Go to the north side of the Stadium, main entrance and take the elevator the the third floor."
