"I have been coming here for about three years now, and it has become almost a weekly affair (sometimes more than once per week! because I can never get enough of the food. Every dish I have tried is incredible, and this is pretty much the only good Japanese restaurant in the area (unless you want just plain sushi, which is also good . Always busy, which speaks for itself."

"Went in not expecting much. totally opposite happened. 34 degrees outside. great air con in the restaurant clean surroundings great service by receptionist and the waitress cold cups and ice chilled complementary drink with prawn crackers thai green beef curry was good. but cha kway teow was almost as good as singapore street vendor style. brilliant food service and atmosphere i recommend this to be almost the best chinese malaysian restaurant in gippsland great work"

"It’s a restaurant that serves roast meats. The seats are comfortable and the waiters are kind, so I enjoyed eating here. Most restaurants in Springvale list several dishes on the menu, but here, it’s more like you pick a base (rice, noodles, etc) and then pick roast meats to go with it. I thought this was super cool."

"Dinner on a Saturday night. After reading other reviews I selected this restaurant in front of others in the area. Others have described the intimate setting and family friendly nature well but I disagree on a lot of other points. In a nutshell I felt like we'd gone back in time to the 1970's when Asian cuisine was new to the naive Australian palette. The food, whilst beautifully presented and embued with appropriate texture strangely lacked flavour. It felt like inauthentic Thai built for Australians. I had veg. springrolls and a country salad and my companion moneybags and the sizzling scallop stirfry. Nothing amazing, salad was like a Gado Gado complete with tinned pineapple, and the sizzling plate didn't sizzle. The decor is tacky a weird row of chairs lines the walk way to the toilets behind the kitchen. Service friendly and prompt but some problems with English. Price hurts $82 for two excluding drinks. Vegetarian options good. I like supporting local business and the experience was entertaining so on those grounds recommend giving it a try. Score out of 5. "Super nice Thai place located in buzzing area. Staff were great and attentive.<br/ <br/ Food came out rather quickly which was a nice surprise. Roti was well cooked and loved the peanut sauce.<br/ We always like to go green curry and pad sew when we eat Thai and I always eat the green curry first cause pad sew is my favourite.<br/ But for the first time ever I actually enjoyed the green curry more and wish I had that last. Pad sew wasn't bad, just wasn't the best I've had.<br/ <br/ But overall a great experience."

"Pud Thai vs Pho has an interesting variety of Thai and Vietnamese dishes on the menu. With cute decor around the store, it 's a relatively relaxing place to have lunch. <br/ <br/ Ordered:<br/ See Ew: Stir fried flat rice noodle with vegetables, egg and prawn $14.90)<br/ <br/ Review:<br/ Choosing the more 'light ' feeling noodle option on the menu, there 's something simplistically perfect. A mixture of taste from the clean cut of the beansprouts, the light noodles with its thin ribbons, the bite of the prawn with the texture of nuts, the briefly acidic touch of the lemon and it 's a lunch that leaves you full, but not heavy.<br/ <br/ The restaurant is a little tight with chairs almost back to back. Table service is a little slow, but if you have some time to spare and your meetings aren 't back to back... this is not a bad place to go for lunch. You get to escape cluster of the corporate city buildings and just go to this little segregated area. Especially on a sunny day, Pud Thai gives you the flexibility to embrace the sun by eating outside.<br/ <br/ Would recommend if you need a break from corporate building blocks and have the flexibility of a little bit of a longer lunch. They also do split billing! +1"
