"I've only had Thai food a few times & couldn't remember what I had before. I checked out the menu at the Little Thai Place (they had it taped to the window so you could look in from the outside). I had something in mind & then saw the 'Special' board. The #1 choice was called Som Pon Papaya Salad. I took it to go. I couldn't believe how good it smelled while driving home; was sure they'd made a mistake! When I got home I was in for a real treat! Two big pieces of curly leaf lettuce enveloped a container just stuffed with julienned vegetables, a few cooked shrimp, some tomatoes pieces & some very spicy papaya sauce. It was SO tasty & delicious! Will definitely be ordering that again! The staff are all quite young & very friendly & helpful; fast service. Highly recommend the Little Thai Place."

"Ken is owner and chef and is very friendly and accommodating. They are knowledge on food allergies and will alter any menu items that can be altered. The spring rolls are so addictive, and their chicken is by far the most tender I've even had."

"Noodlebox used to be so amazing, but it has lost some of it's tastiness. I'm not sure if the quality of food has gone down. They have replaced the cashews in my Kung Pao with cheaper peanuts for example. I hope they aren't getting too...big."

"More and more disappointing every time I visit! They change certain aspects of menu items and do not note this on the menu (such as appetizer accompaniments). This causes major disappointment when you receive your food, and it’s completely different than what you thought you were ordering. No consistency whatsoever when you order a dish. Especially when it comes to spice level. Order a mild/medium one day and it tastes like they added zero spice, order it the next day and it’s so spicy you can not eat your meal. Noodle box as a whole has been majorly declining for many years and is no where nearly as good as it used to be!"

"Was hoping for a tasty meal before the ferry. Picked up a Pad See Ew and pineapple fried rice. Only positive was large portions.The pineapple fried rice had way too much rice and too little veggies, and tastes like the rice was fried in ketchup.The Pad See Ew only really tasted like salt in the wound.Disappointed."

"This a small but very friendly Thai restaurant in Estevan Village. The Massaman Curry with chicken was super yummy. It was so good that I spooned up the last of the sauce in the serving bowl. My spouse, thoroughly enjoyed his phad thai. We both chose medium hot but they do offer several heat levels when you order. We accompanied our meal with Driftwood Black Stone Porter for him and Green tea infused cider for me. I look forward to a return visit."
